On Friday, March 29th, 2013 to Sunday, March 30th, 2013 at the BWI Airport Hilton Hotel,
located in Baltimore, Maryland, THE WOMEN EMPOWERED TO ACHIEVE THE IMPOSSIBLE (WETATI)
held their 2nd Annual International Women’s Conference and celebration. The conference is geared to provide information and oppurtunities that encourage the formation of successful women . Men and women from around the world were in attendance; such as the First Lady of Katsina State, Nigeria: Hajiya Fatima Ibrahim,
First Lady of Cross Rivers State, Nigeria: Obioma Liyel-Imoke, Ambassador of St. Kitts and Nevis: Jacinth L.
Henry – Martins, Mayor of Bladensburg, Maryland: Walter Lee James, Jr., Founder and C.E.O of Kreyolessence,
Sisterhood of Unity and Love from the University of Maryland, and the Founder of the WETATI
organization, Margaret Durueke.
